Chris grew up in Irmo, SC, and is a Dutch Fork High School graduate. After high school, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Religion from Montreat College near Asheville, NC. He later earned his Master’s of Divinity degree from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Chris is married to Andrea, a St. Louis native, and they have four children-two girls and two boys. 

Chris has worked with students and families in various PCA churches throughout his ministry career, from Michigan to Florida. He and his family are excited to return to his hometown and eager to serve at Chapin Presbyterian Church. When Chris is away from the office, you can probably find him cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, cheering even louder for the Gamecocks, or cheering most loudly for his kids’ teams (go Eagles). He loves his family, cycling, good coffee, and southern BBQ.
